What if I need to reschedule?
Classes can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before a class directly through the website you used to schedule.
We will do our best to reschedule any classes within 24 hours before class begins, but if it is not possible, the class may be billed for the full amount.
If a student does not enter the classroom within the first 15 minutes of class, the teacher will cancel class and the student will be billed.
We understand life happens. In those cases, contact your teacher to reschedule the class.
What is Online Success Tutoring’s Code of Conduct?
Online Success Tutoring strives to make sure our classes are fun, interactive and engaging. We ask for a few things in return.
Does online tutoring work?
Yes! Studies show that online tutoring is beneficial and effective for every type of learner.
Why are classes recorded?
Classes are recorded for the purpose of safety for everyone. Parents can request a class recording at anytime.
Is my child too young for online tutoring? I feel they won’t be engaged.
It is recommended that younger students attend shorter sessions. We have taught students anywhere from 3 years old, using fun, interactive lessons and games that are tailored for the students. Hands on activities and songs are also incorporated in lessons. Younger students love the classes too!
What are the hours?
We offer flexible hours that work around your schedule. Morning, afternoon and evening hours are available in any time zone.

How much are sessions?

How do I join a Google Meet session?
Simply click on the Google Meet link provided in your confirmation email. Enter the meeting ID and wait for the teacher to admit you to the classroom. It is that easy!
What if I am having technical difficulties?
Make sure you have a strong internet connection, reliable camera and microphone before logging in. If you are still having trouble email the teacher. Classes will be rescheduled if there are technical issues that cannot be fixed.
7.Why should I choose online tutoring over in person tutoring?
Online tutoring is convenient and you can basically set up a lesson any time. There is no traveling or going to a center. No driving or drop offs. You decide when and where. You will save time and money. It is high tech yet personal students get to know the same teacher and how great is it that the tutor is completely focused on what works for their specific student.
